What we like about RIA: Jihye’s daughter attended preschool here! We love the teachers and the location. This school serves many Korean speaking and English speaking students, so they are well experienced in teaching children with various language abilities and from different cultures. This program includes field trips and the preschool side of the school includes many fun activities. The location is in Itaewon, so shopping, restaurants, you name it. It is in North of the Han River and in the most foreigner friendly town.

ENROLLMENT AND LIABILITY WAIVER AGREEMENT This Enrollment and Liability Waiver Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Reggio International Academy (RIA) ("K-Camp"), UmmaNola, LLC (“Partner”), and the parent or guardian of the K-Camper ("Parent/Guardian").
MEDIA AND PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: The Parent/Guardian consents to allow their K-Camper to be photographed, videotaped, or have other media taken during K-Camp and Partner. The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that all media, including photographic portraits or pictures, may be used for documentation, presentations, promotional, and educational purposes. While the K-Camper’s photograph and video may be used for advertising, their identity will remain confidential. The undersigned grants K-Camp and Partner the irrevocable right and permission to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish the photographic portraits or pictures of the K-Camper for promotional purposes. All media is the property of K-Camp and Partner.
REFUND POLICY: 80% of the registration fee will be reimbursed if cancellation is made 30 days prior to the K-Camp's commencement date. A complete refund will be given if the K-Camp is canceled for reasons not within their control. If cancellation occurs due to circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or natural calamities, no refund will be provided.
EMERGENCY WAIVERS: The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that participation in K-Camp activities involves inherent risks. Therefore, the Parent/Guardian agrees to release and indemnify K-Camp and Partner, their owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the Participant's participation in activities. The Parent/Guardian grants permission for emergency medical treatment and is responsible for obtaining travel insurance. K-Camp and Partner are not liable for any related costs.
RULES OF CONDUCT AND DAMAGES: The Parent/Guardian agrees to instruct the minor K-Camper to adhere to the Rules of Conduct at all times when participating in K-Camp activities. The Parent/Guardian is liable for any damages caused by the K-Camper to the properties of K-Camp or Partner.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The undersigned parent/guardian hereby releases, waives, and discharges K-Camp and Partner, and their respective officers, agents, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or demands resulting from the K-Camper's entry, use of facilities, or participation in activities. The undersigned voluntarily assumes all risks of personal injury, disability, death, property damage, economic losses, and/or other damages resulting from the K-Camper’s participation.
AGREEMENT: By agreeing to this document, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges having read and understood K-Camp's policies and procedures, and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This agreement represents the entire understanding between the Parent/Guardian and K-Camp and Partner, and supersedes any prior negotiations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or verbal. All parties, as well as their heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns, are bound by the terms of this agreement and shall benefit from it.
